| What is PTC/USER(R)? PTC/USER is the independent voice for users of software produced by PTC (Pro/ENGINEER, Pro/INTRALINK, Windchill, etc). It is the sole entity recognized by PTC as the official worldwide representative if its customers. For more details, visit their web site www.ptcuser.org. Are we affiliated with any company? No, the Montreal User Group is not part of any company. We are operated independently from PTC, Rand or any other Pro/ENGINEER reseller. However, these companies do support our organization with refreshments, door prizes and meeting room locations. What are the advantages to be a member? -participate in open discussion forum and technical comitee -meet other Pro/ENGINEER users -discuss and find solutions -technical assistance from other users -present your work -information on new PTC software releases -free subscription to Profiles Magazine (you must register for this) When are the meetings? Two or three times a year. Around the month of February, May and September. Who can join PTC/USER and the Montreal User Group? You can join if: -you own or work for a company that owns, at least one seat of a PTC product -you use or administer a PTC software -No sales representative or marketing agent are allowed How do I join? To join the Montreal User Group, either attend on one of our meeting and signup in person or send an email to Luc Rossignol (chairman). Include your name, company and email address. To join PTC/USER, you must also complete the membership form at their web site. |
